We played a pivotal role in helping Walker Corporation achieve their goals by securing a market-leading NABERS 6 Star Energy Base Building rating for 4 Parramatta Square. This accomplishment is particularly noteworthy as it marks the first among Walker Corporation’s owned and operated buildings to attain such a high rating.

We contributed to the success by securing a Water rating of 5.5 stars for 4 Parramatta Square, further demonstrating our commitment to excellence in sustainable building practices.
