Slate Roof Attachment Methods

Although slate roof tiles are fragile and require special consideration and care when worked with, it is indeed possible to install a solar panel kit on a slate roof.

We will always work with a slate roofer because they are the professionals in the area. We find different roofers have different methods fo which we can support. The roof will lay down the brakets and provide roof penetrations for the cable.
